VP Office Operation
Krysia Fontana is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience across patient care, office administration, and healthcare operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Office Operations, she brings a proven track record of driving efficiency, elevating patient experience, and leading teams in fast-paced medical environments.
Krysia began her career in chiropractic and rehabilitative care, where she spent more than a decade overseeing office administration, patient therapies, insurance coordination, and legal/medical liaison work. She then advanced to become a Spine Care Coordinator at Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, where she spent 14 years managing all aspects of surgical scheduling, patient coordination, and operational support. During her tenure, she earned multiple performance awards, including the Trailblazer Award, Top Performer, and Over Achievement Award, reflecting her commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
In 2019, Krysia joined Physician Partners of America as a Senior Patient Experience Specialist, where she played a vital role in strategic planning, staff training, KPI reporting, and process improvement. She worked closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and patients to streamline scheduling, enhance communication, and strengthen brand trust.
As VP of Office Operations, Krysia leverages her extensive expertise in patient care pathways, conflict resolution, and office leadership to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for every patient. She is highly regarded for her integrity, problem-solving skills, and ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and staff.
Krysia holds an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College and continues to contribute to healthcare innovation through her leadership, compassion, and dedication to excellence.
Krysia’s commitment to wellness extends beyond her profession. She enjoys biking, relaxing by the beach, and spending meaningful time with her husband of 25 years and their twin children. Her personal values — family, empathy, and balance — are at the heart of everything she does, making her a trusted and valued part of any team.
Natale Stinson BS, MS
Wellness Director
Natale moved to Florida in 2024 to pursue graduate school at the University of Tampa, where she earned her Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from Towson University. During her graduate studies, she conducted research projects, including a critical appraisal of ACL reinjury rates, and focused on translating scientific findings into evidence-based practices. She also gained exposure to athlete performance monitoring while utilizing Catapult Sports Technology to track athlete training and recovery data.
Her passion for patient-centered care began during her clinical experiences in both cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, where she supported patients in improving long-term health through guided exercise and screenings, as well as in the emergency department, where she completed patient registration in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
At Towson University, Natale helped design and implement campus-wide health initiatives, including an STI Prevention Workshop and a Mental Health Fair, where she developed SMART goals, collected and analyzed data, and presented findings to support student wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, Natale is a lifelong athlete and soccer player. She has completed three marathons and continues to train through weightlifting, running, biking, and swimming. She is also certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. Natale brings her passion for health, discipline as an athlete, and commitment to evidence-based practice into every aspect of patient care.
Hannah Franklin BS
Chiropractic Assistant
Hannah Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Science from Hillsborough Community College, bringing a strong academic foundation to her career in fitness, wellness, and patient care. With over a decade of experience, she now serves as a Chiropractic Assistant at Physical Chiropractic of Tampa Bay, where she supports clinical operations, assists in patient care, and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for every patient.
A Central Florida native, Hannah began her career coaching Cross Country and Track & Field at Plant City High School, while earning certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness through AFAA, along with First Aid and CPR/AED. She later advanced to the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA as Wellness Director, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, overseeing more than 30 programs, managing staff and safety, and teaching classes ranging from HIIT and boot camps to weight loss and small group training. She also helped double personal training revenue in her first year, consistently exceeding performance goals and inspiring clients to achieve both physical and mental well-being.
Known for her strong work ethic, empathy, and motivational leadership, Hannah is passionate about helping patients and clients live healthier, stronger lives. Outside of her professional career, she is a devoted wife and proud mother, values that ground her work in compassion, balance, and family-centered care.
Ysa Ledesna BA MS
Chiropractic Assistant
Ysa Ledesma holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Criminology. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
She has led transformation initiatives in finance and technology, specializing in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and enterprise change management. Currently an Assistant Vice President at Citi, Ysa advises senior stakeholders and drives alignment across complex projects.
Even though she has extensive knowledge in business and technology, at Physical Chiropractic of Tampa Bay she enjoys applying her skills as a Chiropractic Assistant. Ysa’s professionalism and compassion make patients feel comfortable and cared for, while her organizational skills keep the office running smoothly. Patients often note her kindness and uplifting presence, which make each visit a positive experience.
Fluent in Spanish, Ysa values continuous growth, resilience, and helping others thrive through thoughtful support and transformation.
Sports Chiropractic Internship Program
Open to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors, Physical Chiropractic of Tampa Bay offers an internship program that prepares health-oriented college students for a career in the healthcare industry. The program mainly focuses on sports chiropractic care, as well as the musculoskeletal anatomy. This is a great opportunity to work under former Team Chiropractor for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while improving anatomy skillset through hands-on experience with patients.
Successful completion of the program allows for exceling in the clinical/practical portion of graduate studies. Previous interns have branched into a variety of professions including: MD, DO, PT, DC, podiatrist, PA, and ATC.
Learning Objectives: Gain and demonstrate proficient knowledge in anatomy and bio-mechanics, as it relates to chiropractic care (Musculoskeletal Anatomy), motion of joints, types of bones, types of muscles, O-I-A (Origin, Insertion, Action), exercises, biomechanics, bedside manner, subjective versus objective findings, common sports injuries, multitasking with time management in a fast-paced medical environment, and general HIPPA compliance.
Learning Opportunities: Treating patients with Electrical Muscular Stimulation (E. Stim / Electrodes), Ultrasound, Class IV Laser Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy, Intersegmental Traction, PiezoWave Shockwave Therapy, Hydrotherapy, and Winback Therapy.
Duties:
Support chiropractic care delivery by preparing treatment area (cleaning tables, preparing equipment & materials, understanding how to read the schedule in depth to plan for upcoming patients, etc.)
Performs procedures under the close supervision of a licensed Chiropractic Doctor
General office upkeep, as needed, keeping a safe & clean work environment at all times
Determining inventory levels and anticipating needed supplies
Qualifications: Strong interest in becoming a doctor, preferably a Doctor of Chiropractic. Sports-oriented; previous experience with playing sports or strong interest in sports. Flexible Schedule. Great time management skills. Punctual. Proactive. Great listener. Eager to learn!
